A Community of Practice for Region 4 Instructional Coaches: Positive and Corrective Feedback

New-teacher mentoring programs provide critical supports for novice teachers. As an Instructional Coach, you will network with other Coaches and develop a shared repertoire of resources and supports for novice teachers as well as perfect your deep knowledge of teaching and learning. 

The goals of this Community of Practice are to:

• Colaboratively develop, collect, and share information and strageties for building district, school and teacher capacity to better support students
• Explore and share best practices related to creating meaningful learning opportunities and effective supports for students
• Explore ways in which learning opportunities and supports can better address diverse learner needs
